The QSL cards that I print is always in format 90 x 140 mm and printed on double coated paper named SilverBlade. The weight is 240g and the cover side of the QSL card is coated with blank sealing lacquer.
The printing method is waterless offsett printing and we use 200 Lpi raster on the QSLs. The color and detail reproduce in the printing is very high! We are talking about really high printing quality!
