Polar mount is having a 0.1degrees error in declination at +/-40 degrees.
This affect mainly very large antennas.
The tilt can be set 0.05 degrees offset (less declinaton, higher elevation)
in order to keep accuracy within
  +/-0.05degrees between +/-40 degrees rotation.

The declination error at +/-60 degrees is around 0.6 degrees.
This will affect all antenna sizes at +/-60 degrees.
If declination is offset by 0.3degrees the accuracy will be
+/-0.3 degrees for +/-60 degrees rotation.

The error in declination error is 0.8 degrees at +/-75 degrees rotation.
