IC-746 controller

Come gia' altri software presenti in rete, anche questo permette di pilotare il trx della Icom (probabilmente anche altri modelli, non testati) direttamente dal pc tramite l'interfaccia CI-V. Niente di eccezionale ma aggiungero poi la possibilita' di 'inviare' la frquenza in uso direttamente al pgm di gestione log senza doverla digitare ed attivare una funzione di registrazione del qso (ammesso ovviamente di aver collegato il trx alla presa mic o line-in della scheda audio).

I banchi di memoria sono memorizzati in appositi file .ini editabili anche col notepad.

Unzippare il file in una directory temporanea eseguire il programma di setup e poi leggere il breve file readme.txt.

Unzip the file in a temporary folder and run setup.exe, then read readme.txt before running the program.

Package from VB (1.0.0) DOWNLOAD (some user report problem during installation)

Nuovo tipo di package. Io l'ho priovato su sistemi w98 e w2000 (non macchine 'pulite' purtroppo) e sembra andare senza problemi. Eseguire il setup.exe e seguire le istruzioni del readme.

New package. I try it over 2 machine with w98 and w2k (unfortunately not 'clean' machine) and seem work well. Run the setup.exe and follow the instructions.

due tipi di VFO: cliccare e tenere premuto (vecchio sistema) ed un click per cominciare lo scan ed un'altro per terminarlo

nella parte 'recorder' aggiunto il bottone CQ che chiamate automatiche durante i contest (vedere il file IC746.ini per aggiungere la descrizione, il nome del file wav e il ritardo tra una chiamata e l'altra in secondi

funzione VFO A = VFO B col doppio click del bottone A/B

Virual Sat : una sciocchezzuola attivabile dal bottone MENU; per chi lavora via sat con un apparato UHF separato: una volta scelto il satellite spostando il vfo segnala la corretta qrg in UHF o viceversa inpostando la qrg usata in UHF setta il vfo del 746. Sostituire il file ic746.ini con quello nuovo presente nell zip (ic746new.ini) o se si sono apportate modifiche copiare le righe non presenti nel vecchio (sezione [VIRTUALSAT])

Virtual Sat: a trivial function activable from the MENU button; for the users the working satellite with a separate UHF tranceiver: choice the sat from list and then changing the qrg on 746 (2m) a correct qrg in UHF is reported and vice versa. You must replace your ic746.ini with newer in the zip file (ic746new.ini) or if you have made change append at hand the new line not present il old file (section [VIRTUALSAT])

In the memory sheets now is possible manage also the internal memory of 746 (under test, please report possible problems)
