This is the main antenna I use at the home shack. With a good tuner, it will work all bands 10 thru 160 meters

The antenna described here is known by different names. It is a combination of two dipoles shortened with coils and thus the tires 80-40-20-15 and 10 meters
Multiband HF Center-Loaded Off-Center-Fed Dipol
ON4AA CL-OCFD with 80, 40, 30, 20, 15 10 m coverage. The capacitor C shortens the dipole for 80 m actually 75 m band resonance, whereas the coil lenghtens the dipole for 30 m third harmonic resonance. Resistor R has as sole function bleeding off static charges, protecting capacitor

Obviously, the title Folded dipole is not appropriate, it is to confuse the whole with one of its parts

This multiband antenna covers the 80, 40, 30, 20, 17, 15, 12, 10 and 6 Mx Amateur bands. Multiband operation is achieved by use of 300 ohm balanced line fed to an antenna tuner
