Dual band vertical antenna for 80 meter and 160 meter
- A 22 meters Spiderbeam fiberglass mast with an insulated wire slightly wrapped around it. Verticals antennas need a lot of radials especially if is shortened on 160m

The pennant antenna for low bands
This is the best receiving antenna for my location. It is small and very directional. The pennant is oriented to europe and can notch out 59+ 20 db signals to S-0. It dramatically reduces the stateside interference while improving the SNR on the low bands towards europe
The pennant antenna
La caratteristica principale, che mi fa preferire Flag, Delta e Pennants rispetto alle Ewe e K9AY loops, e' la loro indipendenza dalla terra, alla quale non c'e alcuna connessione
The Need for a High Performance Low Band RX antenna
Anyone attempting to work DX on Top-Band 160 Meters soon learns of the need for a good receiving antenna
The K6STI Loop at HC1PF
This is a specialized receiving antenna, omni directional and thus with a low RDF, but with low sensitivity to vertical polarized noise and, my worst problem, to local AM broadcasting signals
